Warranty Period: 3 hours

Under these circumstances, a replacement is possible:

-Account is VAC banned, VAC Live or Overwatch

-Account does not match the description

-Account information is incorrect (wrong login details, wrong region, or wrong specifications compared to what was provided)

Disclaimer (No Warranty in the Following Cases):

Transferring or trading items from the account’s inventory and triggering Steam Guard alerts that may notify the original owner

Lack of knowledge about how to use the software or the game mechanics, resulting in VAC Live cooldowns after 5–30 minutes of use, and requesting a replacement

Accounts are temporarily sourced and may be recovered at any time if left unused. We are not responsible for any losses in such cases.
